Ponca City Man Injured in Accident with Cows

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a personal injury collision occurred on September 19th, at approximately 6 a.m. on US-60 and Sand Creek road, approximately 4 and 1/2 miles south of Pawhuska, OK in Osage County.
A 2019 Harley-Davidson Tricycle driven by Melvin Ruthloff, age 70, of Ponca City, was travelling northbound on US-60 when the vehicle he was driving struck three cows.
Ruthloff was transported by Pawhuska EMS to Pawhuska hospital then MedEvac’d to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in serious condition with arm, leg, and trunk internal injuries.
