OF LONGWOOD ROAD, LOCATED 2.4 MILES EAST OF PONCA CITY’S CITY LIMITS IN KAY
COUNTY.

VEHICLE #1: 1957 CUSHMAN EAGLE MOTORCYCLE DRIVEN BY DONALD GOLDMAN, W/M,
76 YOA, OF PONCA CITY, OK. TRANSPORTED TO PONCA CITY HOSPITAL THEN
TRANSFERRED TO OU MEDICAL CENTER IN OKLAHOMA CITY IN CRITICAL CONDITION
WITH HEAD, TRUNK EXTERNAL, AND TRUNK INTERNAL INJURIES.

WHAT HAPPENED: VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON LAKE ROAD, FOR AN UNKNOWN
REASON DEPARTED THE ROADWAY RIGHT, OVERTURNED, DRIVER DEPARTED THE VEHICLE,
COMING TO REST 8 FEET SOUTH AND 2 FEET WEST OF THE VEHICLE’S POINT OF REST.
