Police seek help in solving theft of purse

Ponca City Now - May 11, 2015 2:11 pm

Sometime after 1 a.m. Friday, May 8, two black men entered the back entrance of the Quality Inn, 2315 North 14th Street in Ponca City, stole a purse from the office and then use the stolen debit card to buy a $1,600 television at Wal-Mart.

The pair also used the stolen debit card to make other purchases at Wal-Mart and obtain cash back.

The suspect pictured here is wearing a rag on his head and a black T-shirt with a picture of Barack Obama’s face on the front. The second man is wearing a ball cap and a plain black T-shirt. The men were not staying at the Quality Inn.

Police need the assistance of the public to help and identify the suspects. To se nd an anonymous tip regarding the identity of the suspect pictured or any other crime:
