Police seek help in Lowe’s theft

Police need assistance in identifying the male here pictured in a surveillance photo from Lowe’s.

This male entered the Lowe’s store in Ponca City on Friday, Dec. 19, at approximately 7:20 a.m. Surveillance video shows that he removed a Bosch rotary hammer from the display shelf and exited the store without paying. The power hand tool retails for $239.
