Police seek assistance in locating stolen car

A white 1986 Chevrolet Caprice 4-door sedan was taken from a driveway in the 200 block of North Birch sometime between 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 28.

Police need the assistance of the public to locate the car and to find out who is responsible for stealing it.

The car is in immaculate condition with navy cloth interior. The Oklahoma license plate number is 837-KTY. On the back of the car there is a metal plate showing the dealership where it was purchased — Morrison Motors in North Carolina.

Anyone wishing to send an anonymous tip online regarding the location of this 1986 Chevrolet Caprice or who may have been responsible for stealing it, or any other crime, please call (580) 762-5100. As always, you will remain anonymous, and you may receive a reward of up to $1,000.
