Police looking for Ponca City rape suspect

Police have probable cause to arrest 20 year old Joshua Robert Cole for two counts of first degree rape. Sherry Bowers, Ponca City Police Department public information officer said the crimes occurred in July in Ponca City. Despite police attempts to locate him during the investigation they’ve been unsuccessful.
