Police investigating attack, robbery

The Ponca City Police Department was contacted by concerned citizens in reference to a robbery investigation.

This case involved a 24-year-old victim who was attacked and had some clothing stolen from him, according to Captain Randy W. Tyner, Patrol Division Commander and Public Information Officer.

Tyner said this investigation was handed over to a department Detective Wednesday morning, who is actively pursuing all leads in hopes of locating the persons involved.
