Pioneer Woman campaign nearing finish

Ponca City Now - December 29, 2015 3:37 pm

The campaign to raise $5,000 for the cleaning of the Pioneer Woman statue is within reach of its goal, Pioneer Woman Museum director Robbin Davis said Tuesday.

"We have two and a half days to go and we are down to our last $1,000," she said. "Last week we sent out a postcard request to a targeted list of 30 people and $100 has already come in with an anticipated $100 more. We are SO close!"

The campaign’s goal was to raise the money in the five weeks of December.

"If you love our lady as much as we do, please consider making a donation today," Davis said. "There’s only two days left to hit this goal and it’s going to take all of us to make it happen."
