Pink Out Sullins Stadium

Ponca City Now - October 16, 2013 10:08 am

The Ponca City high school cheerleaders are trying to paint Sullins Stadium pink tomorrow night.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month fans are suppose to wear pink to the game.

Mary Ladd, Ponca City schools public information coordinator says there will be opportunities to donate to the cause too.

“Cheerleaders will be selling shirts and hoodies and collecting donations at halftime,” Ladd said. “100 percent of the proceeds will stay local in the community for the Community Health Foundation And Mammogram fund.”

The foundations helps women who can’t afford mammograms.

The Pink Heals truck will be in attendance at the game, as well.

The Wildcats will be playing the Enid plainsmen at 7.
