Phillips 66 reports hydrocarbon release

At approximately 10 a.m. Monday, the Ponca City Refinery was performing maintenance work at the East Plant. During the process of switching pumps, there was a hydrocarbon release, said Diane Anderson, of Phillips 66’s External Affairs/Community Relations.

"All personnel are accounted for and there are no injuries associated with this release," Anderson said. "Although there are no health risks associated with the release, we will continue air monitoring."
