The vehicle crossed SH11 and departed roadway right, impacting a ditch, running through a barbed wire fence, and coming to rest in 2-3 feet of water in a pasture. Airbags were equipped and did not deploy. Seatbelts were equipped and in use by the driver, but not by the passegner. The report notes an odor of alcohol when mentioning the driver’s condition and the cause of the collision is listed as DUI.
