Personal Injury Collision in Osage County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that a personal injury collision occurred about 3:56 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of US 60 and County Road 2145, about 4 miles west of Bartlesville, OK in Osage County.
The patrol said the accident involved a 2005 Ford F350 driven by Zane Washington, 25, of Bartlesville, OK. The driver was not injured.
A passenger in Washington’s vehicle, a 3 year old female whose name has been withheld, also of Bartlesville was likewise uninjured.
The second vehicle involved was a 2018 Nissan Murano driven by Patricia Chilsen (SIC), 59, of New York City, NY. She was transported by Osage Hills EMS to St. Johns in Tulsa, where she was treated and released.
A passenger in Chilsen’s vehicle, Kristen Chilsen, 63, of Evansville, WI was transported by Osage Hills EMS to St. Johns in Tulsa, where she was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal and head injuries.
The Highway Patrol’s report stated that Washington’s vehicle and Chislen’s vehicle were westbound on US 60. Chilsen’s vehicle slowed to turn left into a private drive. Washington’s vehicle swerved right and struck Chilsen’s vehicle in the right rear. Seatbelts were equipped in both vehicles, in use by all occupants of Chilsen’s vehicle, and in use by the passenger in Washington’s vehicle. Airbags were equipped and depoyed in both vehicles. The condition of both drivers was apparently normal and the cause of the collision is attributed to inattentive driving.
