Perry Man Injured in One-Car Accident in Kay County

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports, an injury collision occurred Tuesday morning at approximately 1:39 a.m. on State Highway 156, three-tenths of a mile north of Cowboy Hill, 3 miles north of Marland, OK in Kay County.

Kolton Rahlf, of Perry, was transported by Ponca City Ambulance to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and admitted in serious but stable condition with leg injuries.

No passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Reports indicate thata Rahlf was northbound on State Highway 156 when the driver swerved to miss a deer, departed roadway on the left side, and struck a cement culvert. The vehicle then caught fire.
