PCPD Seeking Suspect in Stolen Vehicle Case

The Ponca City Police Department is seeking the publics help in identifying an unknown male suspect who stole a vehicle in October.
On 10/16/23 just after midnight the owner of a local business reported their silver 2006 Honda Ridgeline had been stolen from outside his building.
The vehicle was located by the Tonkawa Police Department, unoccupied following a pursuit.
The individual in the picture has a right shoulder/bicep tattoo. The tattoo is an armband with feathers that move down the bicep. The unknown suspect was dropped off in a silver Honda Civic.
