Park and Recreation Department offers new exercise class

The Park and Recreation Department offers “Fitness for Health,” a new exercise class, from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in March

Classes will be held at Unity Gym and are $35 a month or $5 per class. For $45 a month, a class at 7 a.m. Saturdays is included. Colleen Walker is the instructor.
