OSDH Vaccine Scheduler Portal Available

Mike Seals - January 22, 2021 10:39 am

The Oklahoma State Department of Health Vaccine Scheduler Portal is now available at vaccinate.oklahoma.gov.

The registration portal will serve as a tool to help eligible Oklahomans find more information on when and where to receive the vaccine. We appreciate everyone’s patience and continued efforts to register in the vaccine scheduler portal.

As a reminder, as individuals receive their email confirmation stating they are eligible for an appointment, this does not guarantee an appointment slot will be available for that week. Appointment availability is entirely dependent upon vaccine supply.

Please keep in mind there are over 600,000 individuals in the State of Oklahoma that are over the age of 65. We ask for your continued patience as we work to secure appointments for and vaccinate such a large number of residents. We encourage the community to check back on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings as new appointments will be loaded onto the system for the following week based on local vaccine supply.

It is helpful to continue to check the portal several times per week as we are adding clinics as quickly as possible. All appointments for COVID-19 vaccination must be made on the portal.

If you do not have access to a computer or internet, we encourage you to talk to a family member or friend for assistance. If you need further assistance, you may call 2-1-1 for help with the portal. Please understand that appointments may not be available when you register.

An individual must register at vaccinate.oklahoma.gov to receive email notifications regarding vaccine appointment availability. Registering information online will not reserve individuals a spot on any kind of list. At this time, only Phase 1 and some Phase 2 priority groups including Oklahomans who are 65 years of age or older, as well as healthcare workers and first responders will be able to schedule appointments in the system.

If you are included in the priority group and phase eligible to receive the vaccine but are not able to schedule your appointment, you will have additional opportunities as schedules become available. Please use the link provided in your email to browse and schedule available appointments.

As our state advances in our phased approach to vaccine distribution, the system will allow for individuals in additional priority groups and phases the opportunity to schedule their appointment once eligible.

In upcoming weeks, we hope our pandemic providers such local healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other partners will be able to provide additional vaccine opportunities in our communities. As this information becomes available, these locations will be made available to the public for additional locations to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. We appreciate the continued patience as we work to support our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
