OSBI offers $5,000 reward in homicide

The OSBI is seeking information in the homicide of Lessie Dever in Idabel, Oklahoma.

In the early morning hours of Sept. 19, 2018, Dever was found deceased of a gunshot wound. Dever’s body was found in the front yard of a residence located in the 1300 block of SW Jackson Street, Idabel, Oklahoma. OSBI agents have conducted numerous interviews and followed investigative leads.

The OSBI believes there are those in the community that can identify the suspect and witnesses. The OSBI urges people to come forward with information and contact the OSBI Tipline at 1-800-522-8017 or at [email protected] . A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) that killed Dever.
