OSBI investigating Guthrie death

Guthrie police responded to an emergency call Saturday afternoon at 1423 E. Harrison.

There, a man was found dead with trauma to his head.

Guthrie police requested that OSBI investigative and crime scene agents assist with the investigation.

Darion Cook (d.o.b. 4/16/1988) was arrested at the scene. Cook was booked into the Logan County jail on a complaint of first degree murder. The victim has not been positively identified. Cook lives in the Guthrie area. The medical examiner’s office will determine the victim’s cause of death.
