OSBI identifies shooting victim

The woman shot and killed Wednesday by a man described as a hitchhiker has been identified as 18-year-old Caylee Massey of the Oklahoma City area.
OSBI special agents, Blaine County deputies, and numerous other law enforcement officers continue to run leads in the case and search for Christopher Blake Scruggs.
He is considered a person of interest in this homicide case. He is also wanted for questioning in a violent attack in Logan County.
