OSBI arrests Pushmataha County correctional officer for second-degree rape

On Tuesday, Pushmataha County Sheriff BJ Hedgecock requested OSBI investigative assistance due to allegations of a Pushmataha County Correctional Officer having sex with an inmate.

After OSBI investigation, Ashley Elizabeth Parra, 29, was arrested on a complaint of second-degree rape.
