Oktoberfest Breaks Record

Ponca City Now - October 8, 2013 9:01 am

There were some welcome changes to Oktoberfest this year.

There were scheduled free children’s activities, helicopter rides and table service in the sports tent.

Brooke Lindsay, Oktoberfest organizer said they plan to continue with these changes next year.

“ Not sure on our numbers yet, but we think we had a record crowd so we are pretty excited about that,” Lindsay said

And Lindsay said she thinks the weather both days has a lot to do with the attendance.

All the proceeds will benefit the Marland Mansion renovations.
