TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Joseph Kennedy, a person of interest in the quadruple murder of four Okmulgee men, was extradited to an Oklahoma jail Saturday, according to the Director of the Moore Detention Center Christopher Cook.
Kennedy was arrested in Daytona Beach Shores Florida in connection to a stolen vehicle out of Okmulgee County. After Florida declined to charge Kennedy, he was brought back to Oklahoma and booked into the Moore Detention Center.
Cook said Kennedy was booked for violating the terms of his probation on an assault and battery charge from 2012.
His bail is set at $500,000.

The investigation into the murder of the four men in Okmulgee is still ongoing. The Okmulgee police chief said Kennedy is not a suspect in the case at this time, but rather a person of interest.
In October, authorities found the dismembered remains of four men who were reported missing in the deep fork river and named Kennedy as a person of interest.
