Oklahoma polling employers on workforce needs

Ponca City Now - July 28, 2014 9:28 am

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is partnering with a research firm to conduct a telephone poll about what employers think about health and other issues affecting the workplace.

The state agency is asking those who get a call to share their thoughts on what employers need to promote growth and business success. The poll also covers workforce readiness and productivity in Oklahoma.

Agency officials say the feedback will help shape the state’s future health and wellness policies.

There will also be a survey sent by email during the week asking for opinions on workplace issues. The online and phone polls have different questions and officials are asking recipients to complete both surveys.
