Oklahoma Blood Institute plans drives

The Oklahoma Blood Institute will have two opportunities for Kay County donors in December.
The OBI mobile unit will visit Eastman National Bank at Third Street and Grand Avenue from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 22.
The unit will be at the Eastman National Bank location in Newkirk from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 22.
