OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – A spokesman for Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt says Pruitt is to meet with President-elect Donald Trump.
Lincoln Ferguson told reporters that Pruitt will meet with Trump and his transition team Monday in New York City.
Pruitt is a Republican and former state legislator. He was elected attorney general in 2010 and re-elected in 2014.
He is not eligible to run for re-election again because of term limits and has been considered a possible future candidate for governor.
Gov. Mary Fallin and former state House Speaker T.W. Shannon have met previously with Trump.
