OHP Reports triple fatality near Stillwater

Collision occurred at 1739 hours on 04-03-15 on 68th Street at Brush Creek Road located 3 miles south of Stillwater’s city limits in Payne County.

Vehicle #1: 2001 Chevrolet pickup driven by Justin Layne Rollins, W/M, 22 yoa, of Tryon, OK. Transported by EagleMed to OU Medical Center in critical condition with unknown injuries.

Passenger #1: Joshua Clint Rollins, W/M, 23 yoa, of Perkins, OK. Pronounced dead at the scene from head and external injuries. Transported to the Medical Examiner’s office.

Passenger #2: Dustin Hughes, W/M, 23 yoa, of Perkins, OK. Refused treatment.

Vehicle #2: 2014 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Craig Lee Tabor, W/M, 31 yoa, of Stillwater, OK. Transported by ambulance to Stillwater Medical Center, treated and released.

Passenger #1: Keith Douglas Gandy, W/M, 63 yoa, of Joplin, MO. Pronounced dead at the scene from unknown injuries. Transported to the Medical Examiner’s office.

Passenger #2: Nicole Regina Tabor, W/F, 29 yoa, of Stillwater, OK. Pronounced dead at the scene from unknown injuries. Transported to the Medical Examiner’s office.

Passenger #3: ***** Juvenile, name withheld ***** W/M, 5 yoa, of Stillwater, OK. Transported by Mediflight to OU Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City in stable condition with unknown injuries.

What Happened: Vehicle #1 was southbound on Brush Creek Road, Vehicle #2 was westbound on 68th Street. Vehicle #1 failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Vehicle #2 on the passenger side.
