OHP: 1 Dead, 1 Taken To Hospital After Helicopter Crash In Noble County

PERRY, Oklahoma – 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) confirmed that one person died and another person was flown to the hospital after a helicopter crashed in Noble County Sunday afternoon.

Authorities said the aircraft was a privately owned full-size helicopter with only two people on board.

The OHP said the crash occurred west of I-35 near N. 3180 Road and Old John Deere in Perry, Oklahoma, but are unsure of what caused the crash at this time.

The OHP said the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating the crash.
