Ponca City Police Department-

Investigators with the PCPD Special Projects Unit recently removed just under a pound of methamphetamine from the streets of Ponca City.

Along with the methamphetamine, officers also recovered marijuana, currency derived from drug proceeds, packaging materials for distribution and a large amount of illegal prescription medications.

This investigation was ongoing for multiple weeks and eventually concluded when the suspects were located and arrested on a traffic stop in Ponca City.

The items seen in the photo were all recovered from that vehicle and were destined for other areas within the city.

Two subjects were arrested and their court cases are pending.
