William Lee Armstrong age 83 a Ponca City passed away December 30, 2020, at Alliance Health – Ponca City in Ponca City Oklahoma. Care is under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.

William was born on January 23, 1937, in Goshen Indiana to William M and Gertrude A Armstrong. William at the time of his passing was married to Lila Armstrong of Ponca City.

Survivors include his wife Lila, His 3 children, 3 step-children, 5 Grandchildren & 9 Great-grandchildren.

Preceding in death were his parents William M and Gertrude Armstrong.

Memorial contributions may be made to Albright United Methodist Church of Ponca City.
