Tom Sims of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away the evening of January 1, 2016 at AllianceHealth Blackwell at the age of 73 years.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. – Monday – January 4, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Blackwell. Burial will follow at Braman Cemetery.
