Scotty Lee Miller

Scott Lee Miller, age 50, a resident of Red Rock, OK passed away on October 20, 2017 in Perry OK.

A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Trout Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Kenner officiating.

Scott was born on August 18, 1967 to Phoebe Miller in Pawnee, OK and worked as the director of Gaming Commission for the Otoe-Missouria Tribe. His passions were watching sports, playing tennis and basketball and spending time with friends and family.

Survives include, three children: Stepfanie Koch of Winfield, KS, Skye Miller and Scotty Miller, Jr. of Geronimo, OK; mother, Phoebe Miller of Red Rock, OK; sister, Kristy Tipps of Perry, OK; brother, Ted Miller of Red Rock, OK and numerous nieces and nephews, two granddaughters: Melanie Pratt-Miller and Alexis Miller; two grandsons: Carter and Sean Pratt-Miller.

Preceding in death were his wife, Melanie Miller; sons, Walter Peters and Tony Pratt-Miller; grandparents, Ted Black Sr. and Lena Black.

Casket Bearers will be Mark Thompson, Tim Bassett, Mike Black, Eric Tipps, Dustin Koch and Mark Pratt.
