Ramon Galindo-Moreno, 86, beloved Husband, grandfather, and great grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on November 2, 2023. He entered this world on July 30, 1937, in Hildalgo de Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, born to Ramon Galindo and Concepcion Moreno.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 6, 2023, in Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, with Pastor Elber Alvarado officiating.

Ramon met the love of his life, Susana Canez and they were married on October 10, 1967, in Chihuahua, Mexico. Together they raised six children and later they moved to Leoti, Kansas. Ramon worked at the Wichita County District Courthouse as the groundskeeper until his retirement in 2001. Upon retirement he moved to Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Ramon enjoyed spending time with his family and spoiling grandchildren. He also had a passion for music enjoyed playing his Accordion. Ramon also enjoyed fishing and helping others. He contributed to his church and St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Susana Galindo Canez of the home; children; Mona Esch and husband Randall of Tonkawa, OK, Gloria Rodriguez and husband Renee of Ponca City, Susana Bowling and husband Mark of Winfield, KS, Pablo Galindo and wife Jennifer of Ponca City, Jorge Galindo, Luis Galindo, and wife Diane of Oklahoma City. Ramon also has thirteen grandchildren: Adam, Andrew, Rachel, Josh, Tyron, Angelica, Azeliah, Natalie, Camilla, Maribel, Brianna, Isaias, and Eva, one great granddaughter, Georgina Hernandez.

Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and sister. He is the last of his family to be laid to rest.
