Obituary for Mary Foster

Mary Jane Foster, age 77 resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away June 30, 2015.

She will be available for viewing on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 8AM-5PM with funeral services to be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Trout Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Pastor Babe Standerfer of Trinity Baptist Church, Arkansas City officiating. Burial will then follow at the Resthaven Memorial Park in Ponca City. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mary was born on February 21, 1938 to Jim Standerfer and Maudean Arnett Standerfer in Hartshorne, OK. On January 6, 1975, she was married to Harold Neal Foster in Bartlesville. She was a beloved homemaker for her family.

Survivors include her children: Vickie Lynn Bell of Ponca City, Chris Hand and wife Lisa of Ponca City, Randy Hand and wife Dora of Ponca City, and Melanie Barron and husband Peter of Rio Rancho, NM; brothers: Babe Standerfer and wife Norma of Arkansas City, KS, and Corky Standerfer and wife Rosie of Ponca City; best Friend, Rose Wooten and husband Verlin of Ponca City; 14+ grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, and siblings: Billy "Buddy" Lee Standerfer and wife Dorthy, Jimmie Dean Standerfer Webster and husband Francis.

Casketbearers will be Don Gustafson, Keith Redman, Christopher Hand, II, and Chris Hand.
