Obituary for Mable Dickerson

Mable Marie Dickerson, Age 88, left this world surrounded by family on July 21, 2014.

Mable was born to parents Roy and Rose West on February 27th 1926 In Lincoln Nebraska. She grew up in the Lincoln area with her 3 sibling and attended University of Nebraska. She married Harold C. Dickerson on August 10th, 1946. They were married for 68 years. Mable was a teller with Empire bank in Denver, Colorado until her and Harold came to Ponca City, where she worked for and retired from Pioneer bank after 25 years.

Mable leaves behind two sons, James C. Dickerson and his wife Pam, Joe H. Dickerson and his wife Diane. Six grandchildren Melissa J. Moore, Amy C. Grote, Sarah D. London, Mike Curfman , Susan Hoyle, and Kristi Hunter. Four great grandchildren, Cody Oliver, Caleb Oliver, Stetson and Sterling London, Morgan and Karyson Hunter, Cassie Sawatzky, Collin Hoyle, Stephen, Garrett and Trent Curfman. Five great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Clare West, sisters, Charlotte Wild and Eva Parks.
