Linda Kay Thiry

April 12, 1951 ~ December 17, 2020 (age 69)

Linda Thiry of Newkirk passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 with her loving husband by her side, she was 69 years of age. Linda was born April 12, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Carl Blaylock and Genevieve Gafford Blaylock.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Newkirk City Cemetery with Pastor Dennis Wildman officiating. Arrangements are in care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, OK.

Linda married the love of her life Ron Thiry and they made Ponca City their home until moving to the Osage in 1981. They moved to the Newkirk area in 2003. Linda was avid Packers fan and one of her happiest time was when Ron took her on a trip to Lambeau Field. Linda also enjoyed camping and Fishing.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her Husband Ron of the Home, One daughter Pamela Sue Staton and husband Dell of Ponca City, OK One sister Sherry Kukar of Oklahoma and 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister; Diana Pace.
