Lilia (Oracoy) Puzon

December 2, 1925 ~ August 27, 2022 (age 96)

Our beloved matriarch Lilia O Puzon departed this life on Saturday August 27,2022.

Lilia Vailoces Oracoy Puzon was born December 2 1925, in the small island of Bindoy Negros Oriental, Philippines.

Lilia was an amazing wife, very supportive, giving and very loving mother and great grand mother. She was a devout Roman Catholic and Parishioner at Saint Vincent Ferrer Church in Bindoy Negros Oriental Philippines and at St Ann’s Catholic Church in Shidler Oklahoma U.S.A. A member of Catholic Women’s Legion, she sold wild orchids gaining buyers from different Asian countries, she also loved to grow flowers, sew, loved to sing and dance.

She is survived by her children; Hercules (Refenita) Puzon, Pepe (Menchie) Puzon, Starlet (Elizabeth) Puzon, Maria Lilia P (David) Sappenfield, Maria Viviana P (Tom) Wright, Maria Rosario P (Einstein) Quillope, Regienaldo (Jonieca) Puzon, Anna Maria P (Brian) Bentz and Romulo (Venus) Puzon.
Grand children; Darryl, Dyzzy, Dennis Dyna and Daylin, Herry, Jiezza and Debbie, Liezl, Ringo, Phoebe, May and Melania, Carlo, Christian, Pocholo and Star Vincent, Marriel and Alyssa, Trixia, Ramses, Medalien and Tienmar, Mary Grace and Nochil, Tabatha and Tamara, Mac Jupiter, Princess Hennessy and Mars Romulo Jr, Sam Melvin, Rommelcael Raphael Willow.

She was preceded in death by her parents Narciso Oracoy and Leonela Vailoces, brothers Arturo, Millard Oracoy and sister Winifreda O Ho, husband Bonifacio Cababao Puzon and daughter Maria Natividad Puzon Singson.

She was a phenomenal mother, sacrificed everything to love and raised 10 children, 31 grand children and 31 great grand grandchildren.

Celebration of life and services will be held at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church in Shidler Oklahoma with a Rosary beginning at 10:30 am Thursday September 1st 2022. Mass Services will begin after the Rosary at 12pm. Burial will follow immediately after at Burbank City Cemetery.
