Lena Faye Lindsey

March 20, 1926 – April 6, 2021

Faye Lindsey, a resident of Tonkawa, OK, for 73 years, died April 6th at the age of 95 in Bedford, Texas, surrounded by family. She was born in 1926 to PJ and Addie Mae Kitchen in Paden, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her son, DeWayne Lindsey and his wife, Juli, of Bedford, Texas, her brother, Jack Kitchen and wife, Eve, of Broken Arrow, and granddaughter, Dama Sayh and husband, Gregg, of Frisco, Texas.

She owned and operated Faye’s Beauty Shop in her home for over 35 years.

Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde; twin daughters, who died in infancy; her daughter, Debbie; her sisters, Emma Myers, Opal Duncan, Billie Polen, and brothers, Herbert, Melvin, Jim, and Raymond.

Service will be Friday, April 16th, at 1:00 at Trout Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Tonkawa, 505 Thunderbird Rd, Tonkawa, OK 74653.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be make to Tonkawa Animal Shelter, 110 E. NOC Dr., Tonkawa, OK 74651.
