Jimmy J. Lupo of Lamont, Oklahoma, passed away on January 3, 2023, at St. Mary Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years.

Jimmy Joe Lupo was born on November 18, 1937, in Lamont, Oklahoma the son of Wesley Hilton Lupo and Edna Fern (Elswick) Lupo.

He served in the Army National Guard for 47 years, achieving the rank of CW4.

He married Janice Sue Mann on July 18, 1957. She preceded him in death on May 31, 2006.

Survivors include sons, Toby Lupo and Tim Lupo; grandchildren, Brandi Williamson (Mark), Mandy Barnett (Justin), Breana Wichers (Josh), McKenzie Lupo, Corbyn Lupo; great-grandchildren, Emily Barnett, Troi Barnett, Lillian Wichers; one great-great-grandchild on the way; brother-in-law, Joseph Schuessler Sr., his children Joseph Jr., Robbie, Tanya; as well as extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Wesley Lupo; sister, Linda Schuessler; and his wife, Janice Sue Lupo.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Lamont Cemetery.
