Jerry Dean Baldwin, age 32, of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away June 24, 2019 in Blackwell.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Trout Funeral Home Chapel in Ponca City, with Chaplain Justin Pickup officiating.

Jerry was born on September 24, 1986 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Bonnie Baldwin. Jerry loved his playstation and was currently learning to play the guitar. He enjoyed cooking, pottery, art, painting and was quite clever with his magic tricks. Jerry married Heather Lott in Newkirk, Oklahoma on July 7, 2018 and worked as a roustabout for Double R Oil Field Services.

Survivors include: his wife, Heather; children; Alexis, Kurt, Paige, Kasyn, Adrianna and Caleb; mother Bonnie Baldwin; brothers, Joe and Jordan; niece, Harper and his dog, Jack.
