Jeff “Bob” Jake Hargraves

February 4, 1950 – March 1, 2021

Jeff Hargraves, age 71, of Ponca City, passed away on the 1st of March in Ponca City Oklahoma

Viewing will be 1pm to 8pm On the 7th of March at Trout Funeral Home.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2pm on Monday the 8th of March at Trout Funeral Home with Eric Edwards officiating. Jeff will be laid to rest in Grand View Cemetery in Kaw City following the service.

Jeff was born on February 4, 1950 in Blackwell Oklahoma to His father Alfred William Hargraves and His Mother Opal Irene Campbell Hargraves.

Jeff is survived by his daughter Angie Hargraves, his two grandsons Tacoma and Carson Tipton, One brother Bill Hargraves, Two sisters Natalie Epperson and Kathy Stanbrough-Rowe and Rod Rowe, and his long time friend Pat Stephenson.

Jeff is preceded in death by His Mother Opal Irene Campbell Hargraves, His Father Alfred William Hargraves, One Brother Ted Vassar, and his Two sisters Delores Sharp and Loretta Garrison.

Jeff resided and grew up in Ponca City Oklahoma. He worked construction at Evans and Throops, he also worked as head of security for Titus Incorporated. He then became an entrepreneur and proceeded to open his own business which were a couple of bars and a smoke shop. Jeff’s enjoyed to spend time with his friends and family. His favorite thing to do was to spend time with his Daughter Angie and his two Grandsons Tacoma and Carson. A few of Jeff’s hobbies was to Treasure hunt, metal detecting, thrift shopping, garage selling, traveling, back roading with friends, and he loved to collect antiques and coins.

Casketbearers will be Tacoma Tipton, Carson Tipton, Jeff Hargraves, Richard Standbrough, and Edward William Stanbrough, Lee Vassar, Matthew Vassar

Honorary Casketbearers will be Donnie Hargraves, Daniel Vassar, Gregory Jenkins, Louie Womack, Junior Godfrey, and Nat Stanbrough
