Goldie B. Williams

(November 3, 1929 – December 25, 2016)

Goldie B. Williams, resident of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at her home in Tonkawa. She was 87 years old.

Goldie was born on November 3, 1929 in Cleveland, Oklahoma to Harold Raymond and Dora (Davis) Neely. She was the third of six children. Throughout her life, she worked at various jobs, retiring from Conoco to spend time with her family. She was a member of the Tonkawa Church of Christ. Goldie loved music and singing. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, and traveling to South Texas.

She is survived by her husband, James Williams, of Tonkawa, son, Jerry Colwell and wife, Judy of Blackwell, daughter, Connie Osborn and husband, Ivan of Ponca City, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and brothers, Robert Neely and Roy Neely both of Tonkawa. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Lillian Austin, and brothers, Harold Neely and Lloyd Neely.

Goldie will be available for viewing at Trout Funeral Home of Tonkawa on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A graveside ceremony for Goldie will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Tonkawa.
