Obituary for Elizabeth Goodno

Elizabeth Marie (Sober) Goodno, 33, of Ponca City, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in Wichita, KS. Elizabeth was born on May 16, 1980 in Ponca City to David and Sarah (Bennett) Sober.
Growing up in the Marland area, she graduated from Frontier High School in 1998. She attended cosmetology school and worked for J.C. Penney Salon. She became a licensed insurance agent and worked for the Albright Agency since 2000. She liked to play horseshoes, basketball where she was a good 3 pointer and loved to play cards. She enjoyed camping at the lake but more importantly she enjoyed her family and friends. She was also a member of The Women of the Moose. She was married to Gary Goodno on May 11, 2002.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her Grandparents; Thelma and Ed Bennett and sister-Jeniece LaBon.
Elizabeth is survived by her Husband, Daughter-Bailey Goodno, parents; David and Sarah Sober, paternal Grandparents; Bert and Margaret Sober, Sister-Joy Cordova all of Ponca City. Niece-MacKenzie Regnier, 4 nephews; Garrett Regnier, Bradley Adkins, Michael LaBon and Dylan LaBon. Also by her best friend-Shanna.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2014 at the Hope Chapel of I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Pastor Chris Short officiating. Casket bearers will be; Trey Treat, Robert Regnier, Johnny Regnier, Darrell Cain, Jimmy King and Daren Wilson. Honorary Casket Bearers will be; Scott Case, Sam Case, Roy Case, Jered Bennett, Scott Cunningham, Justin Boyer, Cody Milton and Jimmy Sharon. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Celebration of Life will follow at the Moose Lodge, 500 W. Prospect, Ponca City, OK.
Memorial contributions for Bailey may be made to any branch of Eastman National Bank.
