Doris Foresman

Doris Orlene Foresman, formerly of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Saturday morning, January 23, 2016, at the Greenbrier Skilled Nursing Center, Enid, Oklahoma, at the age of 87 years.
Doris Orlene Foresman was born on August 10, 1928, in Coats, Kansas, to Orin Joseph and Mildred Ethel (McGauhey) Branson. She attended Coats Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1946. She married Cleo Clifford Campbell on November 23, 1947, in Coats, Kansas, and he preceded her in death on May 11, 1969. She married Billy Mac Foresman in July of 1975 and he preceded her in death on June 14, 1999. She enjoyed listening to music, sang in the church choir and had a solo quality soprano voice. She was an excellent cook and cinnamon rolls were one of her specialties that many asked for. She was a longtime volunteer at the Blackwell Regional Hospital and member of the First Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery because of her love for children. She liked to sew and read, especially her bible. She loved spending time with her family and was in her element at family gatherings, always making sure they were taken care of.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Campbell and wife Shirley of Enid, and Robert Campbell and wife Kim of Stillwater; one son-in-law, Gary Brown of Chicago, Illinois; six grandchildren, Sarah Brennan and husband John of Enid, Anne Campbell of Enid, Matthew Kreuzer and wife Kari of Avon, Minnesota, Christopher Campbell and wife Kelly of Ponca City, Spencer Campbell and wife Katie of Stillwater, and Susie Brown of Chicago, Illinois; and nine great grandchildren, Brianna Kreuzer, Zachary Kreuzer, Grace Kreuzer, Mac Brennan, Lilly Brennan, Hayes Campbell, Knox Campbell, Braden Campbell and Tucker Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Victoria Susannah Campbell Brown; three brothers and two sisters.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at the First Baptist Church, Blackwell, Oklahoma, with Rev Ted Kuschel, Emmanuel Baptist Church, Enid, Oklahoma, officiating. Burial will follow at the Blackwell Cemetery, Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Casketbearers will be Gary Brown, John Brennan, Chris Campbell, Spencer Campbell, Gary Doyal and Kevin Nunn.
