Donald “Gene” Pascher

Donald “Gene” E. Pascher passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Bass Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. He was 75 years old. Gene was born on November 2, 1941 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Gordon George and Pearl Loretta (Smith) Pascher. He worked for Conoco-Sentinel as a crude oil truck driver. On December 15, 1973 Gene married Joy Munn in Oklahoma City. Together, they enjoyed working as gate keepers at Kaw Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gene is survived by his wife, Joy of Ponca City, children, Regeina Saulsberry of Houston, Kevin Pascher of Oklahoma City, Jeff Weaver of Oklahoma City, John Weaver of Ponca City, Stacy Hutchinson of Norman, Oklahoma, Chrystal Creasey of Ponca City, and Shelley Brockert of New York.

A funeral ceremony for Gene will be held at Sunset Baptist Church in Ponca City on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ponca City.

Pallbearers will be: Justin Saulsberry, Steven Saulsberry, Ed Hutchinson, Jeff Weaver, John Weaver, Wate Weaver, and Wesley Hutchinson.

Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
