Dan Beaston, resident of Ponca City, OK, died at home on November 24, 2023. He was 89.

Dan was born March 24, 1934 to Charlie and Ethel (Carpenter) Beaston in Sand Springs, OK. He was one of 9 siblings. He married Sue Ella Burba and to this union, had two daughters, Danna and Kimberly.

He attended Ralston High School and worked as a supervisor for a flour mill elevator. He had a love for animals, especially his dogs and cats.

He is survived by his wife Sue Beaston of Ponca City; daughter Danna Depperschmidt and husband Gary of Ponca City; son-in-law Steve Fleener; sister Esther Stone of Ralston; brother Ed Beaston of Hot Springs, AR; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Ethel Beaston; daughter Kimberly Fleener; and 6 siblings.

The family will be holding a private funeral service.
