Obituary for Clarence Combs

Clarence LeeRoy Combs "The Sailor", resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was 86.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, November 11, 2014 at the Trout Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor John Waterloo, officiating. Burial will then follow at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma . Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Lee was born on September 22, 1928 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS.

Lee spent 10 years in the US Navy.

He is survived by his sister Sally O. Ryan from Andover, KS and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph B. and Verle A. (Bugh) Combs, his 2 wives, Margie (William) Combs and Martha Violet (Wolfe) Combs, Sister; Pat N. (Combs) Vulgamore; 3 Brothers, George G, Donald L.R., and Walter Eugene (Gene) Combs.

Casketbearers will be the Masonic Lodge.
