Obituary for Betty Shepherd

Betty Lou Shepherd passed away on February 21, 2015 in Ponca City at the age of 84.

Betty Lou was born in Seiling, OK to John Paul England and Anna Helen (Hurt) England on July 12, 1930. She married Norman Grandvill Shepherd on August 24, 1947 to this union were born three children , Kenneth Lloyd, Patricia Ann and N. G. Jr.

She attended school in Seiling, OK . Then in April 1974 taken her Cosmetology schooling and graduated as a licensed Instructor of Cosmetology in June 1975.

Survivors include 2 sons Kenneth and his wife Pam of Ponca City, N. G. Jr. and wife Karen of Tonkawa, daughter, Patricia Yates and husband Bill of Ponca City . Six grandchildren, Nine great and two great-great.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Norman in 1991.

Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the Direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory of Ponca City.
