Betty Jean Norman, 89 years old, resident of Ponca City, OK, passed away June 20, 2019, in Ponca City, OK.

Friends and loved ones may pay their respects at Trout Funeral Home & Crematory from 3-8pm Friday, June 28, 2019 with family present to greet friends from 5 pm – 7 pm. A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 am, Saturday, June 29, 2019 at First Christian Church with Rev. Nina Nestlerode officiating. Following the ceremony, she will be laid to rest privately with her late husband, Charles Norman, in Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.

Betty was born on July 27, 1929 to Freeman and Helen Marbry in Robinson, IL, and worked as a librarian. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Michael Conrad Willey, and husband Charles Norman.

Survivors include her daughter Cande Paul, son Arthur Cameron Willey, son Melvin Terry Mechling, and daughter Cynthia Louise Strube.
