Betty Lee Habben

July 18, 1932 – February 27, 2022

Betty Lee Habben, age 89, went to her heavenly home on Feb 27, 2022, in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Trout Funeral Home in Perry with Ralph Yost officiating. Betty will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery.

Betty was born July 18th, 1932, in Red Rock Oklahoma to MC and Gladys (Johnston) Dickson. Betty was raised in Red Rock, attended school, and graduated high school from Red Rock.

Betty (Dickson) married Joe Habben on July 3, 1951, and together they had four children. Betty was employed in nursing during her younger years, Charles Machine Works, and worked together with her husband as Broker and owner of Habben Real Estate for many years until retirement. Betty loved the Lord, spending time with her family, playing the piano and was always up for a road trip.

Survivors include: daughter, Linda (John) Rankin of Billings; daughter, Lee Ann Habben of Corpus Christi, Texas; son, Darrell Habben of Perry; daughter, Diana (Sam) Matheny of Ardmore; brother, Babe Dickson (Marilynn) of Perry; grandchildren, Joel Rankin, Cory Rankin, Justin Hodge, Holly Dyess, Darain Dickson, Darrell Habben Jr., Amber McCullers, and Erin Parshall; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Joe; parents, MC and Gladys Dickson; siblings, Max Dickson, Van Wayne (Kitty) Dickson, and Maxine Urban; and grandson, Joshua Rodgers.

Casket bearers will be grandsons: Joel Rankin, Cory Rankin, Justin Hodge, Hunter Dyess, Jeff Dyess, and Darrell Habben Jr.
