Arduith was born on June 12, 1936 to Arthur Dixon and Alta Etta Mae Lankford Dixon in Ponca City, OK. On August 2, 1955 in Newkirk, Oklahoma, G.C. "Sonny" Hall became her husband. Arduith was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. While being a great home maker, she did much more than just tend to the house. She raised 7 children and worked the family farm, tending to her beloved cattle, chickens, dogs, cats, and local neighborhood children.
After her children were grown, she got a job in the Ponca City High School cafeteria where her cinnamon rolls became legendary. She was known to take an interest in the students to whom she served lunch. Her heart was especially with her own grandchildren, enjoying their time together on the farm under her keen eye looking after them. Her families’ dogs often enjoyed her hospitality, and she loved their company, too. Arduith’s sharp wit was only matched by her joy of life and laughter. She loved people and would make friends quickly. Her friends would soon learn exactly what was on Arduith’s mind, as she didn’t hesitate to share. The family holiday gatherings brought some of Arduith’s greatest joys with everyone coming together for the occasion. She was a member of the American Angus Association and Pipeliners Local Union 798 spouse.
Survivors include her children: Richard Hall and wife Cindy of Newkirk; Nancy Hall of Ponca City; Mark Hall of Ponca City; Wade Hall of Ponca City; Brad Hall and wife Kim of Ponca City; Tracy Hall and wife Sherry of Hominy, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Denise and Jace Hall; Chris and Ethan Hall; Lindsey and Justin hall; great grandchildren Briley Hall, Tanner Pappan, and Jacee Pappan and many beloved furry family members on the farm.
She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband.
